Oleh karenanya, surah ini dibuka dengan Thaha sebagai panggilan lembut dari Sang Pecinta kepada yang dicinta. "Thaha. Tidaklah Kami menurunkan kepadamu Al-Quran agar kamu menjadi susah (celaka). Melainkan sebagai peringatan bagi orang-orang yang takut," (Qs Thaha 1-3) Gambaran cinta surah Thaha dalam ayat 1-3 di atas tentu sangat berpengaruh kepada sisi psikologis Rasulullah yang saat masa-masa wahyu diturunkan, kerap merasa ketakutan, gelisah dan khawatir akan keselamatan dirinya dan umat islam saat itu. Tentu perasaan yang dialami beliau sangatlah wajar. Sama halnya dengan kondisi psikis kita saat nyawa terancam, kelaparan, kekurangan uang, terlilit hutang, dan ketakutan-ketakutan manusiawi yang juga sering kita alami. Dengan panggilan-Nya yang lembut itulah, Rasulullah Saw kembali yakin dan percaya bahwa Allah memang tidak pernah meninggalkan dirinya sekedip matapun.
