 | ＜p＞Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2004 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Individuum, Gruppe, Gesellschaft, Note: 1, Universit?t Duisburg-Essen, Veranstaltung: Kommunikation ohne Gesellschaft?, 5 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: 'Was hei?t sprechen?' Diese Frage stellt sich der franz?sische Soziologe Pierre Bourdieu in seinem gleichnamigen Buch, das den Untertitel 'Die ?konomie des sprachlichen Tauschs' tr?gt und 1982 in Frankreich erschienen ist. Schon im Untertitel wird deutlich, dass Bourdieu hier keinen rein sprachwissenschaftlichen Ansatz verfolgt, sondern sich gegen die strukturalistische Sprachwissenschaft vor allem von Ferdinand de Saussure wendet. Er kritisiert dabei die Reduktion der Sprachtheorie auf das Sprachsystem, das die Realisierung und die gesellschaftliche Praxis von Sprache ausblendet. Saussure betrachtet seine Semiologie als Teil der Sozialwissenschaften, doch durch seine Auffassung von Gesellschaft als eine von ihren Mitgliedern unabh?ngige Gr??e vernachl?ssigt er die Aspekte der Produktion und Reproduktion der Sprache durch die Individuen. Auch die sozialen Umst?nde der Akteure, wie etwa ihre Klassenzugeh?rigkeit, ihr geographisches Umfeld oder ihr Bildungsgrad, werden au?er Acht gelassen. Doch gerade auf diese Aspekte kommt es Bourdieu in seiner Theorie an, in der er besonders die Sozialbeziehungen und die daraus entstehenden Machtverh?ltnisse ber?cksichtigt. Er erweitert damit den Kommunikationsakt von einem blo?en sprachlichen Austausch auf einen dahinter verborgenen Austausch verschiedener Machtverh?ltnisse zwischen den Sprechern. Das Anerkennen und Erkennen von autorisierten Sprechern beeinflusst nach Bourdieu stark das kommunikative Handeln und sein Gelingen. Er bezieht zudem die Sprachf?higkeit, den sprachlichen Habitus eines Akteurs und den sprachlichen Markt mit ein, der mit einem System von Sanktionen und Zensuren auf die Handlungsm?glichkeiten einwirkt und sie determiniert. In der vorliegenden Arbeit sollen anhand der Theorie Bourdieus Bedeutung und Einfluss von sozialen Dispositionen, Gewalt und Macht auf die Sprache dargestellt werden. Es soll gezeigt werden, dass in Bourdieus Ansatz Kommunikation nicht ohne Gesellschaft funktioniert und diese als Notwendigkeit f?r die kontinuierliche Reproduktion von Sprache angesehen werden muss.
