 | ＜p＞Fachbuch aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Politik - Politische Systeme - Historisches, , Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Ob im Fernsehen, in den Zeitungen, in der Literatur oder auf diversen Internetseiten, zwei Jahrzehnte nach dem Ende der DDR wird er ?berall mit Lobges?ngen bedacht, der Ost-Rock. ?ber die wirklichen Tatsachen und Hintergr?nde wie ?ber viele Beteiligte aber herrscht dabei Stillschweigen. Dabei waren es gerade heute fast vergessene Bands wie KLOSTERBR?DER, KLAUS-RENFT-COMBO, JOCO-DEV-SEXTETT, FRACHTHOF, J?RGEN-KERTH-QUINTETT, SATORI oder die B?RKHOLZ-FORMATION, die den sogenannten 'Ost-Rock' pr?gten und ma?geblich beeinflu?ten. Die Lieder dieser Gruppen waren eigenwillig, urw?chsig und ehrlich, ein riesiges Publikum honorierte das mit Treue. Jedes Wochenende reisten Scharen von jungen DDR-B?rgern ihren Rock-Helden hinterher, per Anhalter oder oftmals schwarz mit der Bahn. Doch gerade als so etwas wie eine Szene im Entstehen begriffen war, schlugen die staatlichen Beh?rden zu. Es hagelte Abmahnungen, Auflagen, Spielverbote und Lizenz-Entz?ge f?r die Bands. Fans wurden kriminalisiert und zu Staatsfeinden erkl?rt. Unter dem Druck der Beh?rden spaltete sich die Rockszene: Gruppen wie TEAM 4, PUHDYS, KARAT oder CITY arrangierten sich mit der Staatsmacht - bei Fernsehauftritten wurden lange Haare hochgebunden, auf Wunsch der Beh?rden Gruppennamen ge?ndert. Als Gegenleistung durften diese Bands Platten bei der staatlichen Firma Amiga oder sogar bei westlichen Labels produzieren, im Fernsehen auftreten und sogar ins kapitalistische Ausland reisen. Auch in den Hitparaden des DDR-Rundfunks, mangels einer Verkaufsrangliste der einzige Gradmesser f?r den Erfolg, belegten ihre Titel vordere Pl?tze. Eine wirkliche Konkurrenz hatten PUHDYS & Co sp?testens nach der Ausb?rgerung des Liedermachers Wolf Biermann nicht mehr zu f?rchten, weil immer mehr Rockmusiker das Land entnervt Richtung Westen verlie?en. Die DDR blutete k?nstlerisch aus, die verbliebenen Gruppen badeten im eigenen Saft. Am Ende wurden die gr??ten Stars von ihrem Publikum ignoriert oder sogar ausgepfiffen wie 1988 auf der Freilichtb?hne von Wei?ensee. Doch sie alle kamen wieder, PUHDYS, KARAT und CITY.
