 | ＜p＞Masterarbeit aus dem Jahr 2015 im Fachbereich Informatik - Wirtschaftsinformatik, Note: 2,0, Universit?t Kassel, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Hinter der Begriffsneusch?pfung, die sich aus den beiden Begriffen Crowd und Sourcing zusammensetzt, steht die Auslagerung von unternehmensinternen Aufgaben an eine undefinierte Masse von Personen. Verst?rkt setzen immer mehr Unternehmen auf Crowdsourcing, um Aufgaben oder sogar ganze Wertsch?pfungsaktivit?ten an die Crowd auszulagern. Plattformen die als Vermittler zwischen einem Auftraggeber und der Crowd agieren, sind f?r den reibungslosen Ablauf einer Crowdsourcing Initiative verantwortlich. Die Crowd, als undefinierte Masse von Personen, stellt die Plattformen vor gro?e Herausforderungen hinsichtlich vorhandenen betr?gerischen Absichten und dem nutzenmaximierenden Handeln einzelner Individuen. Daher ben?tigen Plattformen zweckm??ige Steuerungs- und Kontrollmechanismen, die einerseits f?r einen effektiven Ablauf sorgen und andererseits betr?gerisches Handeln vorbeugen. Durch den Neuartigkeitscharakter von Crowdsourcing existieren keine ausreichenden Erkenntnisse zu Steuerungs- und Kontrollmechanismen. Dieser Problematik nimmt sich die vorliegende Forschungsarbeit an, indem f?r das Crowdsourcing geeignete Steuerungs- und Kontrollmechanismen identifiziert werden. Hierzu bedient sich die vorliegende Forschungsarbeit einer Literaturrecherche an bereits bestehenden Mechanismen aus Bereichen, die dem Konzept Crowdsourcing ?hneln. Trotz des Neuartigkeitscharakters sind gegenw?rtig, bereits in gro?er Zahl, Crowdsourcing Plattformen pr?sent. Mit Hilfe eines leitfadengest?tzten Experteninterviews, werden f?nf Plattformen hinsichtlich derer eingesetzten Mechanismen sowie den Erfahrungen befragt.
